Group Fitness

Tired of doing the same class regime week in and week out?  Julia designs her group programs to foster strength, endurance, flexibility and conditioning.  They are based on functional moments to get fitter and stronger and for the mind and body’s benefit, no two classes are the same!

Women's over 40 wellness program - ONLINE

When our hormones change in our mid forties our body composition changes, we now tend to hold fat around our belly. 

Our cortisol levels tend to be high, our sleep can be disturbed  and this all affect our mood, the way that we feel and look.

We need a new approach towards what and when we eat, what type of  exercise, the recovery, stress management and sleep to better support our bodies and thrive going forward towards the second phase of our life.

What used to work for us until now most likely will not work. 

I create an educational  program totally focused on mid-forties women that includes a meal plan , exercise program, mindset, strategies to manage stress and sleep quality.

If you need a  reset, want to feel more energised, leaner, stronger, fitter and are are ready to step in and take care of your health this program is for you. 

The sessions are individualized via zoom.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are at Elanora Fitness at Elanora Heights, Northen Beaches, Sydney. 

I also provide Virtual classes via zoom . Hybrid training (in person and virtually when needed), you can train anywhere, great option for executives travelling a lot for work. 

One hour sessions - 

(Packs of  5 or 10 sessions  , must be used within 4 months of initial purchase)

PT  (one hour ) $120 per session  
PT (45 minutes) $90 per session

PT( 30 minutes )$66 per session

PT + program ( one session 30 min + 1  program to follow) $150


Pilates (Private & Duet)

One hour or 45min classes. Sessions at Elanora Heights or Monavale, Northern Beaches, Sydney. I also provide virtual classes via zoom.

Pricing is dependent on location, sizing of class and duration.

I offer virtual classes for companies via zoom and I am  being working online  with various companies all around Australia.

Health Coaching

2 sessions of 45 min session - $150.  Initial consult and review 4 weeks after , sessions via zoom.

Odara Policies


 To avoid dissapointment, book a session time or  class that you wish to attend as there are limited spaces available.


In order to remove yourself from a private Pilates or Personal Training session, you must give at least 24 hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours or you don't show up to your session you will forfeit your session payment.


For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn at all times during Pilates classes or sessions . We recommend specialised Pilates grip socks are available.

Mobile Phones

For the enjoyment of all participants in your class please turn off all mobile phones before your workout unless you are a doctor and you are on call for example.  

Pack Sharing

Packages are for individual use and cannot be shared.

Attending Multiple Locations

Pilates & Personal Training packs cannot be shared across different locations.

If you wish to attend multiple locations, we recommend either buying a pack at both locations or buying a pack at one and paying casually at the other location. 


All Pilates & Personal Training packs have expire date  are non-refundable.


Pregnancy & Injuries

Our regular workouts are safe for women to attend up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please notify us if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have been injured in any way.

Privacy Policies

Any personal data relating to the submissions will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
