Our cortisol levels tend to be high; our sleep can be disturbed, affecting our mood and how we feel and look.

 

We need a new approach towards what and when we eat, what type of exercise, recovery, stress management and sleep to support our bodies better and thrive going forward towards the second phase of our life.

I created a practical and educational program focused on mid-forties women that includes:

  • Education about the best strategy around your life - food guidelines and support about  what to eat, when to eat, quality and quantity
  • Education about the best approach to exercise to change body composition in this phase of life - It includes an online exercise program you can do at home or the gym.
