You need to want


When you are living an unhealthy life there is no other way to change without discipline.


What brought you to an unhealthy life were your habits, your lifestyle.


To change habits you need :


✅to want

✅to focus on the goal - who you want to become

✅to be conscientious

✅to plan.


The od abits are the safe, the known place. It is your "to go".


To change that requires awareness, action and effort.


It is hard.

But is also hard to be unhealthy , unhappy and sick.


Choose your hard.
