FUN after 40s




Hey you woman over 40s are you having fun ? are you seeking pleasure ? are you living with joy ?


The imbalance of progesterone and estrogen in mid forties can also influence our production of oxytocin, serotonin and others "feel good hormones".


We can't naturally change the flattening of sexual hormones.

We might need to seek,

and explore around things that bring us joy.

It may requires a little effort and some curiosity to explore what are the things that you like to do just for fun.๐Ÿค“


Without that we tend to alleviate our pain and seek pleasure all in food and booze.

Yes food and drinks give us pleasure but it is sad and tricky if they are the only source.
