Detox Juice

After Melbourne Cup, I thought some of you might like the recipe of a Detox Juice

You need a juicer, not a blender

3 carrots

1 stick of celery

1 leave of Kale

1 hand of parsley

1 hand of mint

1 small piece of ginger

1/2 apple ( optional )

Juice and drink straight after. Ideally, empty stomach.

Your liver will thank you.
