She is known for her playful and powerful teaching methods and is committed to helping people that want to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing to live a life that feels incredibly nourishing, energetic, exciting and balanced.

Julia is dedicated to being a knowledge resource on Pilates, Fitness, Health and Wellbeing. In her one on one classes, she will chat through your needs and design a program to help you reach your health and fitness goals and redefine them as you progress.
As a Pilates Instructor she brings some of the fundamentals, logic, fluidity and intelligence behind every single movement to her personal training or group fitness sessions.

Put simply, Julia Comodo lives her passion and wants you to too.
As a classically trained dancer Julia has a deep-seated passion for movement, patterns and how the human body works. After taking a break from ballet after 12 years, Julia discovered Pilates, the centre of her fitness thinking. Deeply inspired by Pilates creator Joseph Pilates, Julia lives and breathes by his philosophies and soon you will too.
Julia hasn’t always been a fitness guru though, she too has lived the hard and fast corporate world. In Brazil, Julia was a leading Journalist and knows what a stressful life we can lead day in day out. It is that understanding that spurs her to ensure you enjoy and get the most out of your workout.
